Each equipment has 2 years warranty for whole machine after received or installed on site, during this period, should any problem or default occured under normal operation method, free replacement parts will be sent out within 7days by DHL or Fedex. If serious problems occurs, new equipment will be sent out prior to your returning of the defective equipment.

Consumable parts are not applicable in this warranty policy, but we will give out sufficient consumables for one year use.

This is avaialble only for large scale production automation, such as laminating machine, reel to card and reel to reel dispensers, sample pad treatment and drying machine and other customized automation.

No equipment could be returned if the performance pass client's IQ,OQ,PQ or client's buy-off approval.
